New Mexican Chicken Lasagna tryouts

So, one of our favorite recipes is from The Pampered Chef (I am an Independent Consultant for The Pampered Chef so I try out lots of heir recipes for my business.) And this particular one is called Mexican Chicken Lasagna. But it is kind of like chicken enchiladas. We usually use enchilada sauce, but we tried a variation this time and used White Corn and Black Bean Salsa (from Walmart) with a little water instead just to see which we liked better. It is gong to be for lunch tomorrow. So we haven't tasted it yet, but I will update once the verdict comes in. :)
